Regularly vacuum or gently brush the bouclé upholstery using a soft upholstery attachment. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth. Avoid rubbing, harsh chemicals and excessive moisture.
Keep the chair away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat sources to help preserve the upholstery's colour and texture.

Warranty

2-Year Warranty
Amara comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and termite/borer issues.

The warranty does not cover:
• Scratches caused by cleaning
• Damage resulting from incorrect installation
• Cracks caused by shifting or moving the product
• Damage caused by sunlight or water exposure
• Minor natural wood checks
• Surface unevenness of up to 5 mm

Returns, Cancellations & Replacements

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.

For eligible cancellations, the refund will be initiated after deducting applicable 5% payment gateway charges.

Products purchased during sales or promotional offers cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please raise a return or replacement request from your account.

Our team will assess the request within 72 hours and provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are processed after the product has been collected from your address and received at our warehouse, generally within 2–3 days after receipt.

Refunds are issued as credit notes.

If a refund is issued directly to a bank account, a 5% payment gateway charge applies.

Refused deliveries are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Products purchased during sales or promotional offers are eligible only for replacement or repair in case of damage or manufacturing defects and are not eligible for refund.
