Upholstery: Genuine top-grain leather with a soft, supple hand-feel and natural grain variation — each piece develops a unique, richer patina over time.

Headboard Detailing: Channel-stitched padded panels for a tailored, structured silhouette; winged headboard profile for added visual height and comfort while seated up in bed.

Frame: Solid wood and engineered wood platform base for long-term stability and support.

Legs: Powder-coated matte black metal legs, tapered for a light, modern stance.

Care: Wipe with a dry or leather-safe damp cloth; avoid direct sunlight and sharp objects; condition periodically with a leather-specific care product to maintain suppleness.

As every order placed is a custom made to order piece. We make sure we deliver within 3-4 weeks if it’s a ready catalog piece. Other customisation will demand its own time depending on the detail of work which will be conveyed while placing the order. Time line mentioned is not for interior projects.

Damaged or defective item? Raise a return request from your account — we assess it within 72 hours and provide a replacement or other suitable fix.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing, only if not yet shipped. Full refund initiated with 5% gateway charges.
Products bought on discount or during sale cannot be cancelled.

Refunds are processed only after the item is picked up from your address and received back at our warehouse — usually within 2–3 days after that.
Refunds are issued to you in the form of credit notes.
If issued to a bank account instead, a 5% payment gateway charge applies.
Refused deliveries are refunded after a 20% restocking fee.
Sale/discounted orders can only be replaced or repaired (for damage or defects), not returned for refund.
An unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement claim.
